It was built across a decade of working in and with humanitarian organisations across the Middle East — doing the actual work of information management, data collection, field coordination, and technology implementation in environments where failure has real human consequences.
That experience shapes everything we build. We know what it means to deploy a mobile app to a field team in a conflict zone. We know what it takes to build a reporting system that a programme manager in Geneva and a data collector in a displacement camp can both use effectively. And we know that technology is never the whole answer — it has to fit the people, the process, and the context.
